Our latest seasonal light roast comes from Ratnagiri Estate! The farm has been featured three times in our Producer Series for its experimental coffee processing techniques and continues to surprise us with yet another juicy light roast offering.
The flavour notes in Ratnagiri's washed coffee are that of Mosambi, Peach and Golden Raisin, and are best enjoyed in manual brewing methods such as the Pour Over.
