This coffee hails from Timaná, a municipality in Huila, Colombia, that is surrounded by the Andes. With the Magdalena and Golden Rivers in close proximity, the farming terrain produces a complex, yet sweet and balanced coffee. This season’s harvest is delightfully syrupy and satisfying with dried fruit and chocolate. Many of the farmers are descendants of the three indigenous tribes in the area and are known for their resilience and determination.
This coffee is so well rounded that it’s great for many applications: pourouver, drip, cold brew and lattes.
